Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into thin strips and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
  3. Add the beef strips to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
